PLOT:
Twelve years ago a young meta by the name of Fyodor had two distinct potential life paths ahead of him. He could either become a wealthy Olympic gold medalist or live out an unfulfilling life swilling cheap vodka inside of an ex-Communist housing project. Forced into a rigorous training regimen and injected with unknown chemicals at a young age, it seemed as though Fyodor was on his way to one day securing that gold for Mother Russia. That is until fate intervened. Two armed men arrived at his training facility and changed his life forever, shooting his trainer and whisking Fyodor off to an unknown destination..

Now he works as an enforcer for the mob king of Moscow, a man by the name of Boris Stavrogin (known by his associates as The Tsar). Nicknamed 'The Bear' for his animal like appearance, Fyodor carries out The Tsar's will and keeping the other unruly bosses of Moscow in check through often times bloody and violent means. Living in squalor on the streets of Moscow, hiding his disfigurement in the shadows his only pleasure seems to be derived from acquiring extravagant pieces of art like Faberge Eggs.

But it seems that the Tsar isn't merely content with ruling Moscow - he has his eyes set on a much bigger prize. Stavrogin has somehow gotten his hands an ex-Soviet thermo-nuclear bomb and, working in conjunction with the local Gotham City mobs he plans on using the bomb to hold the entire city ransom. Naturally the Dark Knight puts a stop to these plans but Bruce knows that Stavrogin won't stop. Gotham may be safe but the rest of the world is still in danger as long as the Tsar has his hands on that nuclear bomb. Batman decides to head to Moscow to personally defuse the situation - but that of course means he'll have to contend with the Bear!
