PLOT:
Millionaire Jasper Quinch meets a talkative troublemaker named Ally Babble. Ally quiets one of Quinch's noisy neighbors, so Quinch hires Babble to handle some of his other pet peeves. Ally travels around town working on Quinch's list. Authorities, including Batman, think Babble is a lunatic. Two crooks named Hoiman and Shoiman use the chaos Babble creates as a distraction for their robberies. Batman nabs the crooks and stops Babble's activities. Quinch apologizes for hiring Babble, who has become his latest pet peeve.

PLOT:
While researching criminology at the library, Alfred meets a professor of the subject. Before he can finish talking to the professor, Alfred overhears two men talking about a murder. Alfred follows the men in order to stop them from committing the crime. When he bursts in on them, he discovers they are radio actors, rehearsing a murder scene.
Alfred leaves embarrassed, then discovers he switches notebooks with the professor. He tracks down the man and discovers the professor is actually a safecracker. The professor tries to kill Alfred, but through an accident the butler manages to capture the crook and his assistant.

Robin is then forced to undergo humiliating initiation pranks in order to save Batman's life. Eventually Batman frees himself from Joker's clutches. Together, the Dynamic Duo then apprehends the Joker and his men.
